The Twin Sisters

I’ve known both Sheila and her twin sister Sylvia for the longest time. Back when they were in high school, not many people can tell them apart. Initially, like most people, I do get confuse as to who is who as well. But as time went by, I manage to tell both of them apart and I must say, they are totally different people with very different personalities. Over the years (since Form 2, which we were 14 years old back then), I kept in touch with both sisters even though both of them were apart from one another after high school. Sheila (the elder of the 2) spent her university days in Sabah and just recently moved back here to KL, while Sylvia spent most of her time in Penang as well as the US for work. Even though I kept in touch with both of them throughout the years, it is very rare that I manage to see them both together whenever I meet up with one of them. In fact, I think the last time I’ve ever gone out with both sisters together was back during my college days.
Yesterday was my first time that I’ve met them together after so long, during Sheila’s wedding. It was small and beautiful event held in St. Francis Xavier church in Jalan Gasing. I must say, it’s good to see them both again. It’s also the first time I’m meeting Sylvia’s husband Jason, who flew back from the US for the occasion.

To Sheila, Congratulations to you and Francis! May both of you have a blessed and happy life together. To Sylvia, all the best to you and Jason in your future endeavors as well. I feel very happy and blessed to have such friends like both of you.
